Biokineticists are trained to thoroughly examine your health history and identify why you have physical issues and symptoms. Based on what they find, they will explain the problem and create a treatment plan to help you manage it.

They teach you to be aware of your body to improve your condition, prevent further injuries, and reduce pain. This education is crucial for healing, building strength, and restoring your health. If necessary, they will advise you to see a doctor for further evaluation or imaging tests like X-rays to rule out serious injuries.

The number of sessions you'll need depends on your injury or condition and how well you stick to the exercises we give you.

After your assessment, your biokineticist will give you an idea of how many follow-up sessions you might need and how long it might take. We’ll go over this with you after your assessment so you’ll know what to expect.

Payment can be made via cash or EFT, or we can submit a claim directly to your medical aid on your behalf.

If you are not on medical aid or have exceeded your annual benefits, you are responsible for settling your account, which can be done through EFT or cash payments.
